  I’d like to echo others’ experiences in thanking Suad Halilovic for his excellent work. He was very quick to get onto rectifying a building leak for me, and was extremely diligent with testing to identify the source. He coordinated all the trades and ensured everything was finished in a timely manner. It’s been a big relief to know the issue has been fixed properly and without hassle.   I may have some criticisms but you cannot deny that the insulation is amazing in Ironside built apartments. Today, I’ve had no heating on during a very chilly Melbourne winter’s day and look at the temperature in my south facing master bedroom. So it’s a ‘feels like’ 1° outside yet it’s 17° in the room. This morning there was ice on this bedroom’s balcony yet the room didn’t go under 16°. The only heating we need is when sitting on the couch or in my office whilst sitting still for long periods. It’s quite amazing. We are in the Yarrabend estate in Alphington. I’m renovating a 20 year old house elsewhere and it is freezing. I love coming home to our warm apartment
