I had 2 projects running with them. First project was heritage rebuilt and 2nd project renovation. Both projects finished on time. Their experiences and valuable info while runnings those projects, gave us the practicality of space and usability. The way our door would open, the placement of reverse AC and kitchen workflow were all meticulously thought through and communicated well before each staged we built. Best of all was the constant communications and getting back from any unanswered calls. They were always there to answer questions. Even months after the project had finished. I would recommend Shane, Richard and Toby team to any building project.

Nuscope finished my home renovation in 2022 on time and on budget. Shane and Richard were great to work with. Shane is super organised and was on top of all aspects of the project and constantly communicated with me on everything. Richard and his team of tradies know their stuff, they are respectful and the work was high quality. All the finishes were great. My house looks beautiful and everything works!

I own a building design company, Elements of Home in Melbourne. I have worked with Shane and Richard for over 10 years on multiple residential projects through Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. The length of time I have been referring Nuscope as well as my intention to continue to do so well into the future is testament to the respect I have for the team. My reputation stands on preparing good architectural designs and on referring good quality, professional and reliable builders to make these designs come to life. I can highly recommend Nuscope. Nuscope have completed 4-5 projects for my wife and I over a period of ten years at our home in hawthorn including a complete renovation of the ground floor, a renovation of an ensuite with attached dressing room, enclosing a porch and extending over to create a larger bedroom and most recently a large covered area outside the kitchen creating a beautiful outside room . Their work has consistently been of the highest quality . They have always been good to deal with and on the odd occasion when we might have been a little unhappy with something they have been quick to come to the table to resolve things amicably. We’ve always lived in whilst the work has been progressing and have always felt comfortable having them around . They solve problems doing so by taking care to think through what the finished product will look like and how it will perform . They’ve helped us out on a number of occasions over the years when they could easily have said no . I can’t recommend they highly enough . Matt
