The entire process was made easy thanks to their user-friendly build portal, which provided all the information we needed throughout the build. We had a couple of minor teething issues after moving in, and the Todd Devine team responded quickly and resolved them without fuss. We’re grateful for their professionalism and the quality of our new home. Thank you to the Todd Devine team for helping make our new home dreams come true.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, kind, and genuinely patient as we explored our options. It made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable.   We were very impressed with Todd Devine Homes throughout the design and building of our Granny Flat. It didn't start so well as the Vic regulations were changed just as we started, and we had to revise the layout/size. After this the communication was good right through to the site build. Quality of the building is excellent and any minor issues have been addressed quickly.

  We needed a cabin and did not where to start with the process. Todd Devine made it easy to complete the project in a timely manner. Friendly well coordinated team- excellent product knowledge and efficient delivery systems from start to finish. Lot of info and plans online to choose from. Timely responses to queries with additional info available as needed. Friendly service, every aspect of build is systematised with lots of scope for individual preferences. Shout out to our sales manager Justin who helped get our design, permits, connections and finishes together- very patient, prompt and thorough with the process. Nothing was an issue to accommodate. Class act team- followed by site manager for the build Dave with excellent customer service and flawless delivery. Dave took the headache out of coordinating tradies and made sure everything was done to a high standard. We love our cabin- looks amazing! Todd Devine is a company you can trust for a smooth process and quality finish.
