  Had a really great experience when I built one of my properies with Vive homes in Officer a couple of years ago, process was really smooth with really nice people and always ready to answer any queries even after house build was complete. Well supported during the color selection, docs for loan approval etc. Final build quality was also really good and I have had no issues with the house so far, there was an issue with one of the appliance but warranty receipts were promptly provided when I reached out (I missed keeping those handy) and problem was solved by appliance manufacturer under warranty claim. I would highly recommend this builder.

  Vive Homes completed a custom-designed home for us in Rockbank, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial design phase through to construction and handover, communication was clear, consistent, and professional. The team made the whole process seamless, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. There were no issues along the way, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind throughout the build. We’re extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Vive Homes to anyone looking to build a custom home.

  August 2023 review: I recently built my first custom home with Vive Homes and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience as they made the process easy with their can-do-anything attitude. They totally made my dream home according to my design ideas. Dealing with Kylie for colours and selections was the best part as she is equally excited in helping you, not to mention finding the items I required. I was super impressed with Kylie's communication too. This is all I wanted with my build, honesty and communication and that is exactly what I got. Brett and Kylie are very personable and I wasn't just another build, they were always available to me when I needed to clarify, make a change or answer my questions. I moved in recently and there are some defects to be rectified as expected but they are sorting them out and haven't left me chasing them and I don't expect any issues going forward. I am so glad after a recommendation given to me to build with them, especially after all that happened with Covid and watching other builders go under. Oh and I have to mention that they built my house as per contract timeline too, no delays. Do I recommend them to others.. YES YES I DO. But a tip, if you find any defects before handover, get them to rectify first. This goes for all builders.

  Our experience dealing with Vive Homes has been very pleasant so far.. We engaged Brett and Chad to provide us with a fixed price quotation for our custom home and they (including Kind Kylie) helped us through colour selection as well as addressing all our requirements for our build to include in the fixed price quote. While our construction work is progressing, we feel that the Vive team does everything in their power to put their words in actions I.e. They Deliver What They Say. I would highly recommend Vive Homes to build your home!! Looking forward to completion of our home :)

  We were referred to Vive Homes (Chad, Brett and their lovely team) by our mortgage agent when we were on the verge of signing up with a bulk builder to build us our first home. Since the initial conversation with Chad that excited us to take this forward as they sounded very professional and friendly, it has been a really seamless experience to have our first home built and delivered to us ahead of the schedule which is contrary to the reality of the construction industry at the moment. The best part of interacting with each member of their team is their vision of not just building beautiful homes for people but establishing long-term rewarding relationships is clearly experienced and this is what sets them apart. The fact that they are able to custom-build quality homes at reasonable prices while being accredited is something that is rare to find in this industry. They also supported us through our tough times with everything that they could. A special mention to our site supervisor Andrew who has not only lived up to their vision but kept us updated throughout the build journey. He has been absolutely transparent and does not tolerate mediocrity in the work delivered which built absolute trust with him. Based on our beautiful experience, we were able to refer them to a few of our friends. Our neighbour whose project was stalled because of their builder going into liquidation did liaise with them and it gives us immense joy that they have taken up the project. Their post build support has also been satisfying and we are certain that they will take care of all the minor issues within the maintenance period. We recommend Vive homes to everybody looking for a seamless, exciting and quality build experience as we continue our journey with them.

  My wife and I are so happy with the team at Vive Homes. We are currently in the process of our home being built and the experience has been fantastic. It's all in the little details that makes the difference. The Directors Brett and Chad have been remarkable guiding us through this complicated process. The ability to leverage off their industry knowledge has not only saved us money, but it has also enhanced the look of our house. In this day and age looking for a builder you can trust is hard to come by and both my wife and I highly recommend Vive Homes.
