  After a settlement day of my new place, I ran into a number of issues a few and submitted through the Saw Construction portal. Unfortunately, no action was taken for quite some time. After a while a few things were fixed by different Saw members, which I appreciated but there were several items left unfinished. That’s when Chris stepped in. He took responsibility straight away and got everything sorted out in short time. A big THANKS to Chris for his professionalism, experience and knowledge. I truly appreciate his dedication and follow-through. He turned a frustrating experience into a smooth and stress-free one.

  I have had defect issues when i first moved in, It has been resolved after i have reached them couple of times. Construction guys were really good, they did every defects in the house. Wouldn't give 5 star because of communication issues i had at the beginning. Other than that, It was excellent.

  I have recently worked with Saw Construction team to build three townhouses in Oakleigh East. My experience is always pleasant. The office staff is very friendly, especially Katie who looks after me very well. My site Manager Viki who is also very responsible. The job has been done within 9 months and I am very happy with the quality and everything.Thank you Saw Construction Team. I hope we can work together again.

  We had the pleasure of coming in contact with a number of the Saw team members throughout our build, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Chris, the chief operating officer is incredibly approachable and clearly takes great pride in bringing his clients' dream homes to life. Stephen impressed us with his hard work and deep knowledge, always ready to offer insight. Our site manager, Jason, was absolutely fantastic—always cheerful, approachable, hard working and consistently kept us informed every step of the way. It was a joy to see him on-site always with a smile on his face. Nathan from the maintenance team truly went above and beyond. He was not only extremely helpful but also took the time to explain everything in detail. There really doesn't seem to be anything he can't handle! We feel very lucky to have been in such capable hands. Every team member we encountered was outstanding, and we’re so grateful for their dedication and care throughout the process of our build.

  Nathan was professional, friendly and knowledgeable when he fixed the supports on my terrace. He kept me informed with excellent communication from start to finish. He also fixed another issue with my front door and was so obliging. Would recommend!

  We engaged Saw Constructions to do a development of townhouses for us in Hampton. Wow! After all the scary things you hear about builders, we were impressed! Saw delivered on time, on budget, provided a quality job and their customer service and communication was outstanding. On all site visits the site supervisors were helpful and informative. On handover there were a couple of defects (normal) and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly these were fixed. We have just signed a contract with Saw to build another development for us. We just wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't recommend highly enough - Saw Constructions lead the way in quality and service in the building industry as far as we are concerned.
