  Completed our build (Dual Occ) with Brownhill Homes just over 12 months ago. A huge thank you to Chris, Dave and the team including Dilek who was fantastic through our Colour Consultations and from a planning perspective. Reason we built with Brownhill was due to quality, reputation and whole of house which not many builders offer. Brownhill took over our Council Plans and managed the remainder of the documentation through to Demo, Build and landscaping ensuring a smooth and easy process. Dave is hands down one of the best supervisors going around and his consistent communication was invaluable throughout the whole process. Lastly, the weekly reports were also a big win! Thanks team. I am sure we will cross paths again in the future!

David, the site supervisor, and the entire team were fantastic to deal with—always professional, responsive, and accommodating. When certain selections I had made didn’t arrive on time, they worked with me on temporary solutions to ensure I could still get exactly what I wanted in the end. Chris and Josh listened to what we wanted and made sure everything was done just right. The quality of their work is really impressive. Everything looks great and feels solid. Our supervisor Josh was outstanding and great to work with, very practical and attention to detail. Open communication and great follow up. Minor maintenance items were addressed quickly.   The whole team at Brownhill was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish of our knockdown- rebuild. Everyone is so helpful, guiding us and giving realistic advice along the way. Including answering all our questions, even the littlest query - and there was a lot! nothing was ever an issue for our contract manager and our site supervisor was quick to deal with any issue throughout the build - though there was minimal. We are so happy with the finished build and would recommend Brownhill Homes to anyone for your custom build. Meegan Rossitto
