We engaged Mitchell Group in early 2025 to renovate an existing dwelling and to build a new two-bedroom dwelling; and to provide connectivity between the two structures. We chose Mitchell Group as our building partner due to their competitive pricing, transparency in process, communication, flexibility in process and overall vision. Throughout the build Chris Mitchell, the proprietor of Mitchwell Group was active on our site, overseeing all works and providing weekly (and in many instances daily) updates. Every facet of the build was effectively managed from working with engineers and town planners through to the end product. Mitchwell Group delivered us a high-quality build, built in a very timely manner. Chris delivered within our budget and was also able to provide cost effect solutions in many aspects of our build, which we were able to channel into other areas of our building ‘program’ given their flexible approach. Chris and his workforce were always friendly, hardworking and overall, a pleasure to deal with. Chris's attention to detail is first rate, and post build he continues to be engaging and responsive with any follow up queries we have. I would readily recommend Mitchwell Group for your build; and I am happy to be contacted to talk though our experience.

We had Mitchwell Group build our family home in 2024 and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Chris was easy to deal with, always clear with communication, and kept everything running smoothly. The build stayed on track, pricing was transparent, and the quality of the finishes is excellent. You can really see the care and attention to detail in the final result. We would definitely recommend Mitchwell Group to anyone looking for a high quality builder that delivers.

We recently completed a project with Chris Mitchell from Mitchell Group, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident in every stage of the build. He communicated clearly, kept us informed, and always took the time to explain options so we could make confident decisions. The workmanship is outstanding, and the final result exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a builder who combines skill, reliability, and genuine care for the client’s vision, but Chris delivers all of that and more. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would recommend Chris and the Mitchell Group without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high‑quality builder.

We just had out kitchen completely re-done and we engaged Chris (Mitchwell Group) to do the work. Chris was fantastic to work with. Kept me informed at every stage and did all the heavy work in passing on our design requirements to the various trades. The financials were spot on.. no hidden costs or variations. The result was better than we had hoped. I am not a big 'kitchen' guy but I was blown away with the end result. So glad that we listened to Chris' suggestions throughout. Would not hesitate to use their service again and to recommend to our friends

We engaged Chris from Mitchwell Group to demolish a large area of our termite affected house and complete a rebuild along with upgrades. From the outset Chris was amazing to deal with. As an experienced builder he had a full knowledge of the job requirements, the trades required, realistic time lines and accurate cost estimates. As with most renovations there are always changes to the plans , hidden surprises, supply issues etc. These posed no problem to Chris who calmly and methodically worked all the issues, or owner changes to arrive at workable solutions. His suggestions for renovation changes highlighted his depth of knowledge in building design and we took on board many of his recommendations. The trades he engaged were prompt, efficient and very skilled. They arrived at the designated times and maintained a clean and safe work space. Any changes to the plan were dealt with by Chris at the time not days or weeks later. Chris came to the work site every day, engaged with all the workers, organised all the supply deliveries and ensured we were kept abreast of everything. Whilst his team of trades were engaging and polite we only dealt with Chris as the project manager and this kept the project streamlined and stress free for us. I have undertaken over 5 renovations and this one with Chris has by far been the most stress free and enjoyable experience. I without hesitation recommend him if you're seeking a high quality build or renovation.
