  This is our third medical clinic build, and I honestly wish we had found Clinics by Design 10 years ago. After learning from past experiences, we spent many hours researching potential building companies, knowing how significant and stressful a medical clinic build can be. From my very first phone call, I knew we had found the right builder. That call was with Neale, the owner of the business, and from the outset he was warm, professional, generous with his time, and genuinely invested in understanding us and our vision. By the end of that first conversation, it felt less like a business call and more like a conversation with an old friend. Neale went above and beyond at every stage — spending countless hours getting to know us, taking us to view clinics he had built previously, and making himself available to us well outside normal business hours. He took every call, answered every question, and made what can be an overwhelming process feel calm, supported, and manageable. The quality of workmanship, ease of communication, and the trust we built with Clinics by Design made this clinic build feel almost effortless. They truly understand the world of medical doctors and how medical clinics function, and that experience shows in every detail. Communication was always clear and transparent, the trades were of an exceptionally high standard, and the Site Manager and Foreman were outstanding — not only in their skill, but in how well they communicated and cared about the outcome. Building a medical clinic is a significant life and business milestone, and we are incredibly proud of what Clinics by Design has created for us.   We engaged Clinics by Design to provide a full end to end design and delivery for our new practice building and that is what we received. We were guided though the design process, with great suggestions of usability and guidance on medical practice standards. Engagement with their team was always easy and was overall a great experience. We are very happy with the result for workflow and usability. Neale’s understanding of building and addressing challenges is exceptional and our end result is high quality. We would definitely use them again which is a sign of a good result.
