  Rating: Initial contact, responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, client focused, informative and very organised. After our builder Privium Homes/Impact Homes went into liquidation last year 2021, we were all left confused, frustrated and stressed about what was happening, who we were able to get clear answers from about what was going to happen with our unfinished homes etc. Relieved to say we were referred to Johndean and Aaron at High End Building and Developments by other ex Privium/Impact customers a month ago. Johndean and his team really just picked up our plan and ran with it. I can honestly say, ever since Impact/Privium Homes went into administration, this was the VERY FIRST time we felt like we were finally being looked after and by people who really knew what the hell they were saying and doing!! People who I really felt and still feel genuinely care to help. Johndean and Aaron were so down to earth, asked many questions to get to know us more via phone and in person, explained everything clearly and taking our current situation into consideration drew up a VERY generous quote to finish the build of our home. I am aware that it is not garanteed our insurance company will select them for our build but I am really hoping that they are selected because they proved that they do value strong relationships with their clients, they aim to deliver their work with an eye for detail, quality and maintaining a smooth and organised build process for their clients This is everything we want from our next builder who takes over. (I will do an update again in terms of the building process and results if our insurance company comes back with the thumbs up hopefully soon. So fingers crossed.)🤞🤞
