  Marradon recently completed significant cladding replacement works at our apartment complex as part of Cladding Safety Victoria's program. Marradon were highly professional from the first briefing all the way through to final clean up. All of the trades who worked on our apartment were incredibly respectful, efficient and completed their work to a high standard - so much so it looks better than it did previously! In particular, I would like to highlight Tim as the site manager who went above and beyond throughout the entire project to make himself available for any questions and to keep us informed. Marradon would be my first option for any future projects, and I strongly recommend them.

  Marradon Constructions recently completed a cladding replacement project at our apartment Block in Bentleigh. When the project was starting I admit feeling anxious about how long it would take and what impact it would have on tenants but I am pleased to report that everything went smoothly and was finished within estimated timelines. The work of the entire team was excellent and they were always professional and respectful. Special thanks to our site Manager Tim, who was amazing. His communication was excellent. He went above and beyond to help all tenant's, was down to earth and easy to deal with and always delivered what was promised. I would highly recommend Marradon 😀

  I own an apartment in Hawthorn that underwent major external rectification works over the past 12 months. While the process was incredibly stressful - due to disruptions, financial pressures, and the poor quality of the original build done back in 2009 - I want to acknowledge Marradon for taking the job seriously and working diligently to rectify the issues. A special shoutout to Graham, the on-site project manager contracted by Marradon. Despite the daily challenges of coordinating multiple contractors and dealing with various apartment owners, Graham remained consistently patient, approachable, and kind. He took the time to explain things clearly and treated me with genuine respect throughout the process. His professionalism made a difficult experience far more manageable. Thank you, Graham and Marradon, for your commitment to seeing this through.
