  If I could give Dale a 10/5 rating I would! He's friendly, thorough, and accommodating to my needs at every step. He removed a load bearing wall which opened up the space between the kitchen and living, he helped me with a few other jobs including demolishing the kitchen, replacing the cornice, repatching some walls... which he was happy to do for me for a very reasonable price. He did a fantastic job at our home, really happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone!

  Dale and his crew were fast and reliable, and went out of their way to get my house ready for sale. I’d postponed repairs over a long period, hoping I’d do a full-blown renovation. When I decided to sell instead, Dale was able to prioritise the work to maximise its sale potential. Dale was always quick to respond to my questions and took it in his stride when I was freaking out. As he explained it, most people only do building works a few times during their lives; he is managing multiple jobs at once every day of the year. I don’t imagine Dale is easily rattled – which is very reassuring when you are! He is also a total sweetheart: he came to my auction and was really excited for me when it sold well. This certainly would not have been the case without his and his crew’s work. FIVE STARS

  Dale and his carpenter Devin did a great job at our place. Our first job was to remove the formal dining room walls and incorporate it with the kitchen and family area (photo attached). A fantastic job well done. We also used them for a second time to modify the bedroom wall. Dale arranged all the required permits and the whole process was seamless. Very good professionals and we highly recommend them.

  Dale and his team completed a structural wall removal for our property a few months back. His quote was very reasonable, the work was done properly with all relevant paperwork, and the end result is neat and tidy. We were very happy with Dale's work and ended up engaging him to add a partition wall and complete a whole house renovation. We'll definitely engage Dale again for future building projects.

  We had a fantastic experience working with Dale. He removed a structural wall and completely opened up the room, transforming the space just as we had hoped. From start to finish, he was on time, easy to deal with, and kept us updated every step of the way. He even dropped in while we were prepping for the demo to talk through any questions we had, which was incredibly helpful. There were a few unexpected changes along the way, some plumbing adjustments and the need to extend the bulkhead, but Dale didn’t blink. He took it all in stride and just got on with it, making sure everything was done properly and to a high standard. During the process, he also noticed some plaster coming away from the brickwork. Without hesitation, he cut out the affected areas and fixed them, completely outside the original scope, but done as part of the overall service. He also referred other trusted trades who worked in with him seamlessly and offered really competitive rates, simply because they enjoy working with him. That kind of added value made the whole process even smoother. Dale is already on my call list for our next renovation—there’s no question we’ll be using him again. Great workmanship, no fuss, and a genuinely reliable builder. Thanks again, Dale!
