  We recently engaged the Dunne Trade Services Team to do a backyard blitz of our townhouse backyard in Bonbeach. From start to finish Matt and his team were super professional and kept the job site spotless each day. The brief was a new pergola that would create a second living space, a new decking along with a fully lanscaped backyard which has now been totally transformed into a great entertaining space. The best part was all project management was handled with daily check ins on progress. We also had the ability to make decisions along the way. The team were super flexible and helped make the entire process a positive one,. We can't thank Dune Trade Services Team enough for the work they completed.

  We recently had an extension completed by Dunne Trade Services. From the first communication Matt was very prompt , professional and honest. The building started on time and from there on it was completed on time. All of the builders were very respectful, friendly and fun to have on site everyday while we were still living at the property. External trades engaged by Dunne were also the same. We are so happy with the quality of all of the work and end result of our extension and would recommend Dunne Trade Services to anyone wishing to build, extend or renovate.   Where to begin.....this is going to sound like a paid review, but I can assure everyone reading that this is most defintely not the case, as I'll scream compliments from my rooftop if I receive outstanding service & with Dunne Trade Services, that's exactly what I recently experienced. Quite frankly, it'd simply be wrong of me not to post something spruiking to anyone who'll listen, just how impressive this family owned & operated business is. I had all intentions of going out & getting 3x quotes for the recent works I had completed (an ageing pergola rebuilt, asbestos garage walls removed & re-clad, rotted garage standard door replaced & rusting, leaky, sheetmetal roof replaced), Dunne Trade Services (Matt Dunne) was the first one I called out to quote the works & to cut a long story short, that's as far as it got....Matt impressed the hell out of me, is an absolutely ripping bloke, knows his business, knows his craft, informative, helpful, told me exactly how their process works from quoting, through to placing an order, invoicing, anticipated start & finish dates & any possible supply chain issues. After bouncing off each other to nail down the exact scope of works required to be quoted, it came in under my budget & along with Matt giving me total confidence/peace-of-mind in their ability to not only get the work done, but get it done with quality.....well, one quote was enough for me, as I had no doubt I'd made the right choice.....& so it turned out I absolutely had. From the very first day of the works, until the last, I could not fault any of the Dunne Trade Services team or affiliated contractors he uses in conjunction (i.e. asbestos removal, plumbing, painting in my case). Every person who set foot on site was a delight to meet, were on time, with their work ethic, attention to detail, pride in their work & finish quality beyond what I could have hoped for. Without going into the finer details here, some of the 'little things' Matt's team did during the course of the works actually left me gobsmacked (which I messaged through to Matt at the time).....utterly impressive. Knowing what Dunne Trade Services are now capable of, I've got another bucketload of works for them to do around my house later in the year & I'll have no hesitation whatsoever in giving Matt a call for Stage 2!!! So.....to summarise, if you ever need any kind of renovation works done to or around your house. DO NOT waste your time going out for multiple quotes or asking others for recommendations.....just call Matt Dunne & ask him when his Dunne Trade Services team can start, it's that simple.
