  I had been looking for a team for quite some time to renovate our home bathroom and was doing a lot of research until one of my friends introduced me to this company. They had renovated the stairs in my friend’s house and they were very satisfied with the result. For me, it was very important that the work be completed quickly and that the timeline they promised would not be extended, because I plan my schedule based on that timeframe. Exactly the same happened they even delivered the project one day earlier. Their work was very clean and precise. They implemented everything I had in mind perfectly, and they made sure not to make other parts of the house dirty during the renovation. In addition to all this, they completed the job at a very reasonable cost. I am extremely happy with the final result and highly recommend everyone to use their good and high quality services.

Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with, always incredibly helpful throughout the process and taking great care to help with any queries. They were incredibly patient and would take care to listen to any worries or suggestions, and would make their recommendations clear. Sam was brilliantly organised in the execution of the plan and the work. Rodrigo is an extremely talented craftsmen, whose work was quite exceptional. Thankyou to all at KiaCon for being so well-organised in ensuring that not a moment was wasted. The service was exceptional, and the workmanship outstanding.   I contacted Kiacon and was met by Sam the same day to chat through a renovation we were interested in doing. Sam was extremely professional, prompt, and made a garage renovation easy and seamless. Kiacon was also quite reasonably priced, in comparison to other builders - however this did not result in the work being less than perfect. Rodrigo and Sam worked swiftly and precisely. They were very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. We are so happy with the outcome, and won’t hesitate to work with them again.
