Joe built our 2 car garage & driveway and also rebuilt our laundry (completed October 2023) and we couldn't be happier with the results. Joe and his trades were all great to work with, very respectful and clean on site. I've since used his trades for other jobs around the house, and Joe's even helped out with some home handyman advice. The quality on the build is great, but what made Joe stand out to us was his great attitude, support & communication before and throughout the build. Even checking in months later to see how things are going. I think Joe builds trusting partnership with his clients, explains the process clearly and takes his time to make sure we understand and are getting exactly what we want. Joe came recommended through a friend after we struggled to get a builder from no reply's or seemingly unreasonable quotes. Joe was quick to respond and visit on site to quote, I'd highly recommend Joe to my friends and family.

We had J.A.O Constructions renovate our existing home. The build was so seamless, as a builder myself we wanted a simple and straight forward process and Joe and the Team did that. All the trades used in the extension and renovation were great to deal with and the professionalism & quality was amazing.
