  We have a home that we love to live it, all thanks to Coy's Constructions. We employed them to renovate our 60s brick home into a modern (with strong ties to the original) house that ticks all our boxes. We had a fairly smooth journey with the construction and any issues, which of course will occur, were discussed and rectified, as best as possible. We had great faith in the team and the result is a home that we plan to enjoy for the next 30 years.

  We worked with Coy’s for 2.5 years from the PAC process, during the design phase with our architect, to the final 11-month construction phase. Their communication was very good and the quality of their work is excellent. We’re very happy with our brand new high performing low-tox home.

  The short version... Amazing! Would definitely recommend and work with again. Tom, Kyle and Bec were so good to deal with in all aspects. Great communication, super attention to detail, friendly, accommodating - we were so happy throughout the process of working with them and love our finished home. The long version... We started our project back in 2019 and after covid disruptions and council delays, we thought it was never going to happen when our previous builder then when into liquidation in 2024. We were terrified to commit to another builder, but were quickly put at ease when we met Tom and Bec. Whilst our first builder had us feeling like he was doing us a favour if something got done, working with Tom, Bec, Kyle and the whole team felt more like working together to achieve the end result. When they started on site, Coys managed to get done in days what our previous builder had been unable to achieve in months, and from there we were blown away with how hard they worked to get things progressing quickly. Communication was open throughout the build and we loved getting regular site diaries through the Wonderbuild app to see what had been happening and how it was all looking. The quality of the work and finish to everything has been amazing. Tom has made sure that its all done to the standard he would want in his own home and anything that we brought up had already been noticed for fix by Tom or someone in the team. Our overall experience with Coys has been so positive and we would be 100% confident to recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate to create their perfect home.

  Tom and the team helped transform our single story, three bedroom, dated home into an incredible double story five bedroom house. We couldn't be happier with the result. The team kept us informed along the way with their useful app and daily updates. Tom also recommended small changes along the way to improve our overall build. The turn around time was exceptional during a difficult time with Covid and lockdown and we thank them for their support, professionalism and our new family home.
