Not only did they step in to take over the project when a previous builder was not able to complete it, they did so efficiently, within budget and to a very high standard. Peter & Jason recovered our build with great care and integrity, something not easy to find in the industry these days.

As a bricklayer for 18 years i could have used many builders to build my 3 townhouses in kilsyth. We decided on zelcon and couldn't have been any happier with Jason and Peter. They were upfront . honest and very efficient with meeting time lines and budgets. Would definitely recommend to anyone else .

I engaged with Zelcon for a 3 unit development in Monash. The block was undesirable, being class P soil, heavy clay, significant slopes, retaining walls etc. Including all these challenges,the construction process from beginning to completion was extremely easy. I was provided with continuous communication,flexibility with my selections and changes, all my questions and requirements were handled with ease, and this really alleviated any stress that you generally hear about the building industry. With Zelcon you have two experienced people taking care of your project full time, and the service is 5 stars. They are both extremely positive and proactive, listening and respecting the client made the relationship build a strong foundation of trust and reliability. I have no hesitation recommending Peter and Jason for their integrity and workmanship, they are a fantastic team to anyone’s project.

We entrusted Zelcon to construct our 3-townhouse development in Cheltenham Vic. and we were glad we did. Peter & Jason were professional, knowledgeable & very easy to work with. Nothing is a problem with this team. Very accommodating with any requests that we had. They get the job done & use good quality tradespeople. This was the first time building a house. Family and friends told me it is going to be hard work and stressful. But building with Zelcon was the best decision I had made.
