  Although we are in the early stages, Homebuyers Centre has been incredible to deal with so far! My partner and I are first home buyers, and Kanika from the Aintree office has been extremely helpful. She is patient, answered all of our questions regardless of the time of day, and also assisted us in securing the best floor plan to suit our needs. HBC have incredible drawings of the houses with a great set of inclusions within their homes. They also have an online portal that clearly explains each process of the pre-construction and construction stages of the build that make it so much easier for people new to the market! We'll definitely be recommending to our friends!

  Our experience with Homebuyers Centre has been very positive so far. The process felt well structured and far less stressful than we expected. A big reason for that was Dale, our new home sales consultant, who was incredibly dedicated throughout our journey. He genuinely put his clients first and went out of his way to make everything as stress-free as possible for us. He was always willing to explain every detail clearly and, if there was ever something he wasn’t 100% sure about, he followed it up and actually got back to us with answers. His communication, professionalism, and commitment made a huge difference. Highly recommend Homebuyers Centre, especially for first home buyers!

  I had a great experience with Home Buyers Centre. The entire process was smooth, and I received timely updates at every stage. Their services were well-organized, making the journey stress-free. A special mention to Shweta, who was absolutely fantastic! She kept me informed with all the details, was always available to answer questions, and showed great knowledge throughout the process. Her helpful and proactive approach made everything so much easier. Highly recommend Home Buyers Centre for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive team!

  Our sales consultant was very knowledgable and could not have been friendlier or more helpful, especially for a 1st time build. This lovely young lady went above and beyond and was the reason we signed up. Unfortunately the pre construction phase can be very slow, drawn out and very bumpy. If only all staff could be like Laura!! - she has always remained only a contact away, happy to help anytime we had simple or crazy questions and queries. We are nearing the end of our build and very excited to be close to moving into our beautiful new home.

  This is our detail personal First home buyer experience with Homebuyer Centre Victoria job no:116072. This is review of homebuyers as our build is in mid-construction stages and now has pass Frame stages. So, let me go through our experience with Homebuyer Centre Victoria, completed Pre-construction and Handover to Construction Team in 26/02/2025. Up till now, we have great experience with Homebuyer Centre and the team. Our Sales Consultant Steven Ramsden was exceptional in explaining all aspects of house and selection. He was friendly and provided all the assistance. Pre-construction Stages:Customer Experience Coordinator Jayme, Rachel and Maigan Watkins. They were all awesome. All the selection, planning and documentation were handle well. I highly appreciated their effort and dedication looking after our First home in Truganina. Special thanks to Maigan Watkins for completing all the formalities and responding all the enquiries. Thank you for Construction Stage 1 Supervisor John Nguyen for getting slab completed in scheduled time. I am happy how our home progress in going on with Stage 2 Site Supervisor Jarryd Bond. Jarryd is experienced and easy to work with. Answer all the questions in short time. Properly organised Site and timely schedule work. He has been updating all the work in home hub. Also, Thank you to the all the trades-person, Concreter, Carpenter and all the hard working people for working on the house and delivering quality job. I will be updating the review about our build till the completion. And thank you Homebuyer Centre Victoria for fantastic job.

  As two women in our 20s the home building process was pretty intimidating to start with. We really did know nothing and needed all the help we could get. We started by visiting our local homebuyers display home where we chatted with one of the new homes consultants. He was SO knowledgeable, broke down the entire process for us and offered us the best deal possible. He acknowledged our budget every step of the way and worked with us to get our ideas, wants and needs. He even took us to a new build with the same layout as our home so we could see it in person which was a huge help! From there the process was smooth, quick and easy to understand. He talked us through the entire PWC and made it easy for both of us to understand (which is difficult to do with such a complicated document). Once our deposit was paid and contracts were signed, we received quick responses from all the other teams within our pre-construction phase. Everybody was kind, professional and knowledgeable. We are now waiting for the go ahead to build and we couldn’t be more excited and grateful for the homebuyers team. They have made a stressful process so much easier and we can’t wait to see our build!
