  I recently had my house 'jacked and packed' by the team at GTS Reblocking, and I couldn't be happier. The team was punctual, professional, and completed the job seamlessly. They took the time to address my concerns before starting, and their after-sales service has been exceptional.   Tracey and her team were fantastic. When Tracey first inspected the foundations of our house, she actually went under there herself and gave us a detailed description of everything she saw and the work that would be required to fix the foundations. Her team followed up to do the work. They were very professional and managed themselves around the other trades that we had on site at the time. I can not recommend them highly enough!

  From start to finish, Tracey and her team were professional, helpful, and hard working. We had many quotes to get our home restumped. But none of the other companies filled us with confidence when we met with them to discuss options and solutions. Then we found GTS, and I'm so happy we did. As soon as we met Tracey we knew this was the right company to entrust with the work we wanted done. They worked with us throughout the entire process and took the time to explain what was happening and would come next. It was a tough job as we didn't have a lot of clearance under our house, but they just got on with with it and didn't complain. Joel and Robbie (the people who actually carried out the work) were brilliant. Overall a great experience with GTS. We're very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.

  We have just purchased a house in Richmond which has signs of structural movement due to the reactive Richmond soil. Prior to getting Tracey from GTS ReBlocking into to quote to repair the house, we had a well known competitor into inspect the property and provide us with a quote to underpin and re-stump the front of the house. Their quote came to circa $10K. Tracey was very thorough, even climbing through a small hole in the floor and she went under the house to inspect the substructure, unlike her competitor. Tracey informed us after her inspection that our house didn't need either underpinning or re-stumping, as our house has brick piers that obviously don't rot. She informed us that our house needs to have the edge supporting replaced and the floor boards reinstated. Got to love Tracey's honesty and professional advice. I would certainly recommend GTS Reblocking.
