I worked with Idea Constructions on a townhouse development at 17 Gardiner Street, Lilydale, and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. The team was fantastic to work with — professional, approachable, and always kept me in the loop throughout the build. Their staff were engaged and communicative, regularly providing updates and feedback, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The project was completed on time with minimal delays, and the quality of the finished townhouses is excellent. If you're looking for a builder who delivers great results and values client relationships, I highly recommend Idea Constructions!

Detailed, honest, collaborative This experience could not have been better. From the beginning we felt supported and listened to, with a level of honesty that took us by (pleasant) surprise. The communication was clear and regular from not only the Director, but site supervisor and the accounts team. The cost framework was clear and fully disclosed; no hidden fees or nasty surprises. In fact, we felt quite the opposite. Idea Constructions was working to make our money go as far as possible. The design ideas, attention to detail and functionality input were invaluable. The trades were wonderful and the finishes incredible.
