  It was a pleasure working with Hazelvale Homes. From the outset and right through the build we were reassured by their open and honest approach and commitment to our project. Grant and Adam clearly outlined their process and spent time with us to understand our brief and budget. They worked with us to resolve design issues with our existing architectural plans, which ultimately resulted in a better outcome from a design and budget perspective. The end product truly exceeded our expectations. We now have a beautiful home that was thoughtfully reconfigured to suit the needs of our family. Opening the space makes it feel a lot more sociable (we are now happy to entertain) and there is a lot more natural light. Laura’s design selections elevated the outcome to something contemporary and unique. Thank you to the whole team at Hazelvale. We would use your services again without any hesitation.

  From the initial contact through to completion of our renovation, Grant from Hazelvale Homes was professional, approachable, open and transparent. He guided us through each step, as this was the first time we’d embarked on anything of this scale, and we felt confident and comfortable with him. The whole team was impressive. Adam is an extremely skilled craftsman with great attention to detail, superb workmanship and always professional. Our site manager, Andrew was attentive, always calm and efficient and went the extra mile. Matt and Shane were very courteous, respectful, skilful and hard workers. O2 Architects, Julian Odorisio, came up with a design that was unique and modern, yet blended beautifully with our Federation style house. Above all, the finished product is outstanding. We love our newly renovated home, it has the WOW factor and a luxury feel and we would highly recommend Hazelvale Homes.

  Grant and Adam from Hazelvale Homes were absolutely amazing. We are thrilled with the renovation they completed for us and found them so easy to deal with from day 1. The renovation was on budget and on time and we were kept up to date during the build with ongoing dialogue about where things were at and where things could be improved or changed. I would highly recommend Hazelvale Homes to anybody looking for an honest and transparent builder who also builds to the highest quality.

  Hazelvale Homes built an extension to our existing home. We had an unusual design. There were some areas of construction that needed some thought, skill and experience to get right. This is where Grant and Adam excelled. The job was done well on time. They worked hard and made sure it was finished for the holidays. Accommodating when small changes were made. Variances that I asked for were not over budget. Communication is a big factor. Grant always kept in contact. We are doing our own painting

They were instrumental from the very beginning of my home-building journey, assisting with land purchase and house demolition to prepare for my dream home. Their "can-do" attitude was incredibly refreshing, and I particularly appreciated the invaluable advice and ideas from Grant and Adam, which helped me improve aspects I had overlooked. Laura's expertise in colour choices also brought my design ideas to life. The quality of the build, the meticulous attention to detail, and the consistently clean and tidy site were truly impressive.   We recently completed a knock-down rebuild with Hazelvale Homes and are absolutely thrilled with the entire experience and the final result. From the very beginning, Grant and Adam were professional, responsive, and dedicated to building a high-quality home. Coming highly recommended by our Architect, the initial interaction is what sold us on choosing Hazelvale, and going through the proposal, Grant gave us the comfort we needed that we were in great hands. While there were some unavoidable lengthy delays due to South East Water and our easement due to the slope of the block, this was completely outside of Hazelvale’s control and their communication never wavered. We were kept in the loop at all times, which gave us peace of mind. One of the standout aspects was the professionalism of every single trade involved. Each team that came through was respectful, skilled, and clearly took pride in their work. Even our neighbours commented on how well-managed the site was with minimal noise and very little disruption on the street. The organisation of trades was also exceptional, big kudos goes to Adam who managed this to the "T". The site was active nearly every day, and it never felt like progress stalled. Hazelvale clearly has a well-coordinated network of trades that work efficiently and seamlessly together. Being a custom build, there was no copy and paste blueprint, so when challenges arose, both Adam and Grant were on site immediately with recommendations, and the ability to pivot as needed was seamless. What had initially been a challenge most of the time became a blessing in disguise because the the overall build was better than imagined. Post build communication also remains strong, two weeks after moving in the team still reaches out to see whether we are happy with the build and were on hand to provide any support needed. We’re so happy we chose Hazelvale Homes for our rebuild and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, quality-focused builder. We can't thank them enough for building what will be our family's home for hopefully generations to come.
