  Thank you Glenvill Homes for assisting my partner and I - buying a first home can be scary but the team at Glenvill Homes have made this experience amazing. We received ongoing fortnightly updates from our beautiful Customer Relationship Coordinator, Olivia Cedro. She has been very kind and accomodating from the very beginning and it was very lovely meeting her. On the day of our PCI, we also met our Site Supervisor, Ross - he was very transparent and honest about parts that needed touch ups and fixing. We really appreciated this! Ross was able to give us advice on the home itself which was really great. He made us feel comfortable throughout the inspection and we had more than a few laughs! What a great building company to work with, I would highly recommend Glenvill Homes! We are so excited to receive our keys soon ☺️

  We recently completed our new home build and overall had a positive experience with this builder. The quality of the work is strong, and the process moved along smoothly from start to finish. We especially want to thank Caitlyn Arhontissas who kept us informed throughout construction. Her professional yet warm and friendly emails made a big difference. She consistently kept us updated on progress, next steps, and any changes, which really helped us feel confident and informed during the entire build. We appreciate the hard work from everyone involved and are happy with the end result!

  The Glenvill difference is ‘Excellence’. Glenvill responded to our feedback and exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and ensured every part of the build was delivered to display home standards. We know there are many people involved in a new construction. Olivia Cedro was our Customer Relationship Coordinator. Olivia provided a level of service and care that we have never experienced before. Gareth Payne was our Construction Supervisor. From the outset Gareth communicated throughout the build. Gareth accepted and responded to any concerns and ensured rectification and feedback through the build. Both Olivia and Gareth should be commended. We also acknowledge the support provided by Matt and Luca.

  Even though my townhome is still under construction, I’ve already had a fantastic experience with Glenville Townhomes. The team has been incredibly professional and responsive every step of the way. I especially want to recognise Olivia. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Her email communication is always timely, clear, and informative. She has made the process so much smoother and less stressful. The level of service and attention to detail so far has given me complete confidence in the quality of the home and the team behind it. I’m truly excited to see the finished product and move into what I know will be a beautiful, well built home. I highly recommend Glenville Townhomes anyone considering building a home.

  We have the privilage of building with Glenvill Homes. Again Glenvill has made it a pleasure to work with from the start! Glenvill were very accomodating with the purchase, knowing the setbacks banks and finance can pose, information was straight up as promised, and going through the lawyers with required documentation was made easy. From previous build, quality of materials and workmanship was above reproach, and the build also was completed ahead of schedule. With improved monitoring and great communication no reason why it shouldnt be equally a great experence!
