Super easygoing, down-to-earth, and just got things done without any drama. They actually listened, offered solid advice when we needed it, and the quality of their work speaks for itself.   After possibly going with another major builder which fell through due to slow service, we went on a whim to get in touch with DBN Homes as we were on a time crunch to get a building contract to keep our loan ticking along. Shane was an absolute gun and insanely easy to deal with - it if wasn't for him, we probably wouldn't be in our home. Billy has also been so easy to deal with, very personable and approachable. We couldn't be more happy with our new home - Team DBN delivered so quickly and with great quality for our first home.

  We had a fantastic experience building with DBN Homes. From the very first consultation to the final handover, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Shane and Billy were incredibly professional and always available to answer our questions. We loved that the pricing was fixed with no hidden costs. The standard inclusions were also a huge plus—stone benchtops, high-quality appliances, landscaping, fencing, even the driveway was included. It really was a proper turnkey package. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the site was always kept clean and organised. Even after we moved in, DBN followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly, which shows how much they care about their clients—not just the build. Highly recommend DBN Homes to anyone looking to build in Melbourne’s west. They genuinely care about delivering a quality home and making the process as easy as possible.   We are so happy with our decision to choose DBN homes to build our first home. From day one Shane and Billy showed great professionalism in every step. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and every little detail was thought through. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work! The whole building process was really smooth, great communication (every call was answered), no surprises, and they always kept us in the loop. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and fun. They were extremely flexible in allowing us to change and add things to our floor plan within reason. With all the horror stories you hear out there with the volume builders its such a relief that new builders like DBN exist who care about their projects and only take on a limited number of builds at any given time. We are seriously in love with our home and can’t thank DBN enough. If you’re looking for a builder who actually cares about what they do don't look any further than DBN homes.
