Our experience building with Highmark Homes was fantastic. In very challenging times they made the process as easy as possible. Communication through Anthony, Dylan and the team was excellent, keeping us well informed throughout the whole build. The choice of quality fittings & colors was an easy process and the team were very flexible with our choices. We are very happy with our house, we love it!!! We could not recommend Highmark Homes more highly. We were one of the thousands of people who started with a builder who collapsed half way through. Stressed, anxious about the future, and ever increasing interest rates, we were unsure if we would ever make it into our new home. Highmark Homes picked up our shattered pieces and took on our job. They had to navigate difficult territory in regards to previous trades, surveyors and legal issues surrounding this process. Once all the new building permits were issued, they commenced work immediately and the communication was top notch. Anthony, Dylan and the entire team working behind the scenes truly restored our faith in the building industry, and we got our happily ever after.

The negative reviews appear questionable to me, as my experience with Highmark Homes was outstanding. I was certainly not easy to work with being so meticulous when it comes to every little detail! Highmark genuinely prioritizes its customers, in stark contrast to some other builders who solely focus on churning out as many houses as possible. And most things that were expensive add ons with other builders were included. Very grateful to have chosen Highmark!
