Naz communicated very clearly with us from the beginning and explained any variation in price. He was also very helpful to speak to about our options given the extent of the sinking, types of stumps, impact of soil type, roof, etc. I would recommend Naz and team to anyone.

  These guys were great. Naz came out and actually inspected our house. Most of the other companies just did it over the phone. He explained everything thoroughly as we went though what he was going to do. The price was bang on. So we accepted his quote. We ran into some issue with rocks but we sorted it out with an engineer. This could have been a very stressful situation but Naz sorted it out easily. I would use Elite again no questions asked. Great company. 😊

  January 2026 saw us enlisting Naz and his team at Elite restumping and underpinning to restump our old newly acquired cottage in beautiful Blackwood Victoria. We were kept up to date with all stages of the project daily. These guys know their stuff. They work hard and are professional, always cuteous working under challenging conditions such as rough , steep terrain and extreme weather conditions. Their site clean up after completion of the job was exceptional. Thankyou Naz and Co for a very amazing outcome for us. Now we can get on with the restoration of our house. Mark and Matt.

  Naz and Omar are actual super stars. 10 stars. 100% recommend this company. I found Elite Restumping and Underpinning via Google as they had 5 stars reviews from so many other happy customers. My wife and I had just purchased a house and unfortunately the previous owner hid some very concerning issues with the house foundations. I called Naz on a Friday and he was attending my house the very next day to provide a very detailed scope and eventually quote for the work needed. Naz talked through every detail with my wife and I, and he was not pushy or anything. He then attended our house a second time to properly run a water level across all the floor to ensure we knew exactly what the scope of work would be. The actual work execution was unbelievable from Omar and Naz, they worked so hard to ensure they completed the job as planned and I even asked them to restump a detachable sea container that they were happy to add to the quote and work. They also completed all carpenter work by installing all new boards to the house. If I could give them 10 stars I would. 100% recommend
