  I came into contact with Danny as he was building my dad’s house, unfortunately I ran into major issues with the quality of my build with another builder. Danny has been the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable builder I have ever dealt with. He has consistently made himself available to help me with my endless questions and issues that I have faced with my build when he had nothing to gain from it. He has given me his time, patiently guiding me with genuine care and nothing has ever been too much trouble . I can’t recommend Danny highly enough. The only regret I have is that I didn’t use Danica Homes to build my houses.

  We couldn’t be happier with our new home built by Danny and his team . He and his team have done an amazing job under difficult circumstances ( Covid 19 ) and the quality of the build is superb . No corners were cut and he has been so accommodating. Being a builder/ owner , we dealt directly with Danny rather than having to first go through a sales agent each time and he was able to offer us expert advice since he knows his stuff . Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was a pleasure to deal with and offered competitive pricing . Highly recommended .

  Over the years I have dealt with Danica Homes on a professional and personal level. All the homes that I have either sold, or currently lease out are built to a very high standard. I have personally recommended Danica Homes to family, who then used them, and they didnt disappoint. Delivering the personal service that a volume builder cant provide. Highly Recommended.
