The team were able to easily navigate the challenges of renovating existing spaces of a heritage home and also adding on a new build. The level of professionalism and expertise of the core team and additional trades left us with absolute confidence that the finished result would be fabulous... and it was.   I've built two homes with JoLuca Homes and also used their design service. The level of service, professionalism and quality is second to none. Building a home (especially our dream home) can be extremely stressful, thankfully for us we chose our builder (and architect) well. The hardest part about the process was moving in. I've attached a couple of photos here to show the level of finish. Normally we wouldn't do this for anyone (haven't even shared on our own Facebook accounts) but we felt it important to give something back to this amazing team.

We have worked on 2 home renovations with Joe and the team and both times the outcome has been better than we imagined. In addition the process of working with Joe and the team was so positive, you feel reassured through out the journey that the best care is being taken to ensure a quality outcome.
