Jacob and his team at Cornerstone Building Co completed an extension and renovation for us. This transformed a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home to a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a large outdoor covered deck. This was all completed within 6 months and to a high standard, Jacob was always in communication with us and offered lots of helpful advice throughout. We're really happy and have used Jacob and his trades for other projects around the house. Some before and after photos:

We contracted Cornerstone to build an extension to our house in Rye VIC Australia. This consisted of a large excavation and retaining wall plus a large living room and bedroom. Jacob and his team were very professional and built a high quality extension - on time and on budget. We were very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Cornerstone.

I will always have good things to say about Cornerstone Building Co and our experience extending our home with them! Jake is an expert in his craft, incredibly dedicated and thorough. He is honest, down-to-earth, and follows through on every detail. The finished product was above and beyond what we had envisaged thanks to some of Jake’s excellent suggestions and ideas, and the process could not have been smoother. Jake and Ethan work incredibly hard to get a project done in the shortest possible time frame and it is so appreciated. Amazing team, love their work.

The Cornerstone team is awesome. We enjoyed every part of our journey renovating our house with them. Jacob was incredibly professional, had fantastic communication skills and was always very accommodating of all the little last minute changes we asked for. Couldn’t have asked for a better builder and couldn’t be happier with the finished product! 10 out of 10.

Great experience using Jake and the team at Cornerstone for our renovations. First time home buyers, and first time renovators - Jake made it a great experience, good communication, accurate quoting (it actually came in under budget!) and timeframes well mapped out and met. Would absolutely recommend and would use again!
