We embarked on a full internal renovation of our 4 bedroom home including changing out all windows, flooring, electrics, renovation of 2 bathrooms, laundry, powder room and kitchen and putting in a butler’s pantry and expanding walk in wardrobes. The team at Charles Bros were outstanding from initial contact with Jason and Steve, to consultation with Terri on finishes and our foreman Christian, who brought it all to life. We went into the renovation with a little trepidation because you hear the horror stories of delays, poor workmanship and costs, but our project was on time, on budget and the guidance and can do attitude from Christian was amazing! Communication was the key and this team was professional, knowledgeable and spent time getting to know the client so that you always felt that they had your interests at the forefront. I was most impressed with the overall project management and of course the end result. They had quality trades working on our home and they kept the project moving as they said they would. Would highly endorse Charles Bros to look after all your renovation needs.

Investing in Charles Bros Building Contractors for my Beauty Salon is the best decision ever. An amazing seamlessly transformation from only a concrete floor to the most elegant Beauty Salon for us in just 3 weeks. We had a challenging shopping centre management who are quite difficult to deal with, however Jason, Rob and David had handled the challenges smoothly. Love the way they think positively in any situation "there is always a solution". I witness and admire Jason's quick thinking, decision making and then get straight into it, his quick decision making helped me to gain more space and efficiency for my tiny staff room. A big shout out to David and Rob who were leading the project.

We can’t recommend Charles Brothers enough! We renovated our kitchen, laundry, living area and deck and they absolutely nailed the brief of opening the space up and adding natural light. Our home now is perfect - so light and spacious. The Charles Bros team were amazing to work with, friendly, professional, attentive, with an exceptional quality of work. A huge thanks to Dave for being so patient, nothing was ever too much and he went above and beyond for us. The styling and design advice Terri provided was amazing and we are so happy we followed it, she was so helpful at every step of the way. Thank you Charles Bros team, we loved working with you and look forward to round two!

We have absolutely loved having the Charles Bros transform our house. From our first consultation to our hand over, we have found the whole team to be so professional. Their workmanship is second to none, all the boys are so friendly and respect your property. Terri has been an amazing help with her expertise in styling and Jason, Stevie and Lachie (Ricky) have been awesome in running the project. We can not thank the whole team enough for our new beautiful home and would highly recommend them.

Charles Bros have recently completed a renovation of our home which included a new kitchen and outdoor space and we could not be happier! Their professionalism from the very first point of contact, through to the end result was second to none. Terri's advice and recommendations were spot on. She took the time to get to know us and know exactly what we wanted to achieve. We were lucky enough to have Grant (foreman) and Matt as our builders and cannot speak highly enough of them. They were always punctual, work site was left neat and tidy every day and their attention to detail was amazing. Not to mention the suggestions along the way for improvements, which was very appreciated, as this was out first reno. All the trades that came to the worksite were all well mannered, and easy to get along with. Nothing was ever too much hassle, and the whole entire crew took the stress out of renovating. Definitely recommend Charles Bros Building Contractors if you want the best!
