We decided to renovate our bathrooms, powder room, and laundry, and chose Master Home Renovators because of their excellent reviews and professional presentation. We had a very bad experience renovating our kitchen years ago, so we were quite cautious this time. When we met Sarah and Sergio, they assured us that their service and quality would be different — and they proved it. We gave them two months’ notice for booking. One bathroom and the toilet were completed within 18 working days, and in about two months almost the entire project was finished. We strongly recommend them. Sarah is an excellent communicator — respectful, prompt, and always returns calls, even if she has to follow up the next day. Sergio consistently pushed for perfection with his technical knowledge and continuous supervision throughout every stage of the project. The tradies were fantastic as well. Painter Landy and tiler Michael were outstanding — true 5-star tradespeople. The electrician, plumbers, carpenters, and demolition team also did excellent work. Thank you all for your professionalism and great results.

Sergio and Sarah and all the Master Home Renovators team are incredible! They did an amazing job on our bathroom and gave us an option for an open shower that we didn’t know was possible! Sergio, Sarah and their team were amazing for our country cottage renovation! We live overseas, and couldn’t come back during the renovation period. The entire project was managed by them, and was extremely stress-free. We still can’t believe this extensive renovation, was completed without us even being in the country!! Pre-renovation, the cottage was suitable only for ‘glamping’, and now it is the most beautiful and comfortable home, well beyond our expectations. Serge was able to take our ideas and guide as with his vision too, which we feel created the best layout and design. We came in under our budget expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. We recently had our ensuite, separate bathroom and toilets, powder room, laundry and kitchens renovated in addition to replacing the dated carpet running throughout the entire ground floor to hybrid floorboards. Sergio, Sarah and the entire Master Renovators team have been amazing from the get go i.e. the process was seamless from the first measure and quote, product selection to the actual demolitions and works. The team is professional and respectful even though we were away for more than half of the 2-month long project (which was the expected completion timeframe), even our neighbours commented how impressed they were with the team. As usual, there will always be a couple of hiccups in the home renovations process but the communication with Sarah and Sergio has been stellar; they always act promptly to solve the issues. Our small home has now been refitted to a classic modern look while the functionality has improved by leaps and bounds thanks to Master Home Renovators. Thank you!
