We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Simon and the team at Blueprint Constructions! From design through to build completion, Simon maintained fantastic communication and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We had complete trust in him and his team to bring our vision to life and they absolutely delivered. They managed to beautifully maintain the character of the original home while transforming the back half into a stunning modern addition that still acknowledges the home’s heritage. Simon met with us regularly to walk through updates and progress, ensuring we were happy every step of the way. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and level of finish are outstanding. Blueprint Constructions truly exceeded our expectations. Having lived in our new home for seven months now, we can confidently say we’re still blown away by the quality and care that went into every detail.

Being a construction professional myself, it was extremely important to us to engage with someone we could trust and someone who would manage and administer our project professionally. Simon stood out to us as someone with the right attitude and expertise, and he and his team lived up to every expectation throughout the build. Simon was involved in every aspect of our project and met with us and our architects regularly, with honest and open communication. He was backed by Matt and the site team, who were exceptional. We always had a great time at our site meetings and were always kept well informed of progress. Simon and his team worked really well with our architects Fowler and Ward, maintaining the design intent through some challenging detailing. Our Victorian is now a beautiful and liveable modern home that respects the character of the original home, with a well-detailed and beautifully finished extension. We are really happy with our finished home and cannot recommend Blueprint highly enough!

Blueprint Construction renovated our semi-detached terrace into a beautiful, modern family home. Simon, David, Dan and the team were fantastic through the whole process — friendly, professional, and always easy to deal with. Simon and his team renovated our house in 2017-2018 - our cottage from the 1860s was strengthened, had its character restored and enhanced with a second storey added for a third bedroom. It was a big job for us having to relocate for a year and get another decent mortgage. Reflecting on the process, it was nothing short of exceptional. Simon has a remarkable attention to detail, he finds solutions whenever faced with a challenge and was always available to answer the most trivial question with patience. He won a Housing Industry Association award for our renovation, we were so very happy he, Matt and team were recognised. Seven years into the renovation, the quality of the workmanship is obvious. Decisions made during the build were made with endurance in mind. We were very happy with Simon and his team and would recommend him unreservedly.

Simon and the team at Blueprint have done a fantastic job renovating our home, which was originally built in 1905. They have been a delight to deal with; always responsive and identified excellent trades to assist. We are so pleased and loving all of the new and beautiful features of this very old home. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful house Simon and his team have built for us. It was a tricky rebuild and extension, and everyone involved has been patient and good humoured in the face of Yarra Council’s ever-shifting demands, changes to the architect’s plans and the various unexpected problems that came up. We were particularly impressed by Stef and Lachie, who managed the site and were such a pleasure to deal with, and by Simon and Matt, who were a constant presence. Blueprint were recommended to us by friends and we in turn wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others.
