I had a fantastic experience with C. Daniels Foundations. Daniels was highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire restumping project. He offered many valuable suggestions, helped me make cost-effective decisions, and provided a very reasonable quote. The whole process was smooth and completely stress-free. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Now I can proceed with renovating my house with complete peace of mind, knowing the stumps are solid and nothing to worry about. I’ve already recommended his services to friends who need stump work. Truly outstanding service and workmanship!

Shopped around for quotes over 1 year, and apart from some exceptions prices were similar. Several things made a decisive difference. The biggest plus was that Jason was prepared to discuss the job in detail after having a good look under the house. Out of 5 quoters only 2 went under the house. Jason provided a timeline for starting work and guaranteed once they started they would finish within a week. The quote was detailed and straight forward. The job started ahead of the anticipated start time which was very welcome. Another plus was that they didn't need to cut the concrete, which is on 2 sides of the house, which the others wanted to do. The work went well and was completed within 4 days for my 11square home. So good to have level floors and gutters that flow in the right direction. The clean up was good. The guys worked very hard and professionally at all times. I'd highly recommend them

Jason, Mel and Dave done fantastic job on leveling my old Victorian house. It was complicated due to the rigid fireplace and other problems. His quote was far the best. During first visit he took big effort to check the whole structure and particularly under the house. He explained to me in details what he is proposing to do. To do proper job which effects will last. I had lots of questions and he had patience and time to make sure that all were answered. Also questions not necessary related to the tasks he is going to perform. He slotted me between his bigger projects so I didn't have to wait to long. Came on time. Finished on time. When we came to have a look how the job is going , suddenly this nice girl with smile emerged from under the house to say hallo!! They also removed and disposed old flooring, for the fraction of quotes I had from others. As I intended to install solid wood floor on my own to save some money, Jason gave me valuable tips how to go about the task. Not only that. He lend me some professional tools I couldn't afford to buy. He said in case you will be stuck, ..ring me. Family business. Jason, Mel his wife and brother Dave working hard and the main thing ..honestly. What more I can add? Thank You guys. My experience with You was really uplifting. Andrew.

Firstly I want to sincerely thank Jason ( the owner & operator) for completing a fantastic Re Stumping plus more on my original Californian Bungalow family home. He brought a wonderful home back to life. Jason's knowledge of house types, location, water tables plus more was second to none. Everything was organised, I did not have to worry about paperwork. He understands what goes under your house and therefore can make the best decisions as to what is needed and how to go about it. There is no sub- contracting. He does the work and organises everything else that is required. His Co- worker Dave was always there working hard and Mel, Jason's lovely wife was there working away with the guys. We have an old weatherboard house that needed to be restumped and effectively needed the whole subfloor rebuilt. Jason, Dave and Mel were great to deal with - they were upfront on cost risks, reliable, easy to get along with and did high quality work.
