  Overall my experience with Bentley Homes has been very positive. The team there are great at communicating and were very responsive to emails. Frequent updates were given on the build process and questions were readily addressed. Build quality was also great and the overall finish of the house is amazing. Will definitely come back to build with Bentley Homes!

  I am currently in the process of building my first home with Bentley Homes, and I could not be more impressed with their service so far. Throughout the process of building the house, I was continuously guided by such caring and knowledgeable people every step of the way. In particular, I loved the fact that they recommend what to get and what not to get in order to keep to my budget, while finding ways to make my home feel and look exceptional despite the restrictions. I'd especially like to recognise David (the sales consultant), Madelyne (customer service administrator) and Chloe (interior designer)!

  My partner and I are currently building with Bentley Homes and we have had a fantastic experience with the whole team. From Anna in sales helping us choose the perfect home, to Chloe helping us with all of our colour selections and Madelyne helping us every step of the way. Their customer service has been incredible, any email is responded to within the hour, Madelyne has assisted greatly with any requests or questions we have had. I would highly recommend to anyone to build with Bentley Homes, they truly make it a stress free and smooth process. Their attention to detail and making sure everything is done perfectly has been great, if we ever build another home I would have no doubt in choosing Bentley to build again!

  I have just finished building with Bentley Homes & the whole process was such an enjoyable one. They allowed me to change the floor plans to accommodate my needs & help fit into my budget as well. Sarah, who I did my colour selection with was very knowledgeable & friendly & thanks to her I have a beautiful home where all the colours contrast with one another. Kathleen in the office is amazing, she was always there to answer my questions no matter how silly they may have sounded & would always keep me updated each fortnight with updates about the progress of my home including photos too, which made me feel extremely confident in the process. My site supervisor Brad was fantastic, he was a pleasure to deal with. He was always contactable & always dealt with any issues I had professionally & time efficiently. He made all stages of the build went to plan & also kept me up to date with the progress. He is humble, friendly, trustworthy & general cares for his clients. He definitely made the whole process of the build a less stressful one. He is a real asset to Bentley. Thank you to all the team at Bentley for building myself & my daughters a beautiful family home & everything you did to accommodate this to make it happen.

  I built with Bentley Homes back in 2009 and I still live in this house and the quality of the build and customer service were second to none. I referred several family members and friends to Bentley Homes over the years and all have nothing but positive things to say about their experience with this great builder. One of my close friends moved in to her home last year and she had the best experience, especially with regards to Bentley Homes' flexibility, willingness to help & the quality of their build. Highly recommended.
