After years of hearing friends and acquaintances tell nightmare stories of their building processes... I have none to share after completion of our family home in Bellfield by CNC Constructions. They took our designs and made the build far greater than I could have even imagined it in my mind. A knock-down rebuild completed inside 9 months is really an outstanding result. To echo the sentiments of previous reviews, Joel, Nathan and Richard are extremely CUSTOMER FOCUSED assisting us with their knowledge whilst being respectful of our own priorities and design requirements. They are also focused on PROFESSIONAL OUTCOMES. With outstanding attention to details, they took the time to explain to us a few alternatives to what we’d imagined to create better results. Their PATIENCE is incredible. They are more than prompt with responses to queries, generous with their time and explanations, and they never get flustered or pass blame when the inevitable challenges arise. As we begin making many new family memories in our wonderful new home, we will never take for granted how smooth the building process was, thanks to CNC. We have no hesitation in recommending CNC to anybody wanting a build, extension or renovation. If you’re reading these reviews, you’re already luckier than those who haven’t discovered CNC.

Just want to do a quick shout out to Richard, Joel and Nathan for the solid renovation work that was completed in January 2024. We had a tight timeline and scope to cover the whole interior area of the house. Joel, Richard and Nathan have done a great job and achieved the timeline with great attention to details, workmanship and communications. I would not hesitate to recommend CNC Construction to anyone who is looking for great team with a good track of record to re-build or renovate their home.

Living through our major renovation, trust was a significant influence in selecting our builders. From the moment we met the CNC team, we knew we were in good hands. CNC were all the things that you would want and expect from builders; professional, knowledgeable, great communicators with an attention to detail. They were flexible with changes we wanted to make as our home evolved and they were honest with variations which resulted in us receiving a number of refunds. Trades were onsite nearly everyday ensuring the full renovation was completed months ahead of schedule. Thank you CNC, we loved working with you on transforming our home.
