We received exceptional service from Beachwood. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating with the floor plan, working with us to get every detail just right. Zac has been an absolute standout throughout the this journey. He is incredibly approachable always makes us feel comfortable asking any questions and he brings calm, professional presence for every interaction. What truly set him apart was his commitment to staying in touch after every appointment . He kept us updated, explained each step clearly, and made sure we are always happy about the outcome. His reliability, communication, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and reassuring experience.

A very good experience with the Bankside sales team right from the beginning. Zac, Gerianne, and Corina were all fantastic to work with. A special shoutout to Zac—he is incredibly knowledgeable and truly listens to what you need. He was able to take our ideas and translate them perfectly into a clear sketch design. Highly recommend this team!

I can’t fault a single thing during our whole build. Any ‘concerns’ were actioned immediately & a lot of care went into the planning process. We had a great experience with Beachwood and they are a great option if you’re looking for a smaller builder feel with large builder connections. Brayden’s attention to detail was better than ours during practical completion and we are very happy that he was the one to see our build through to the end! Thanks guys

This is our first knock down and rebuild project in glen waverley. We took our time engaging with a builder as it is our "first time" so we didn’t want to rush into anything. We decided to go with Beachwood because Zac was simply amazing and just full of knowledge! He answered all our questions and was extremely patient with us, and designed our home to the way we wanted it. (Alot of the other builders we went to look at were inflexible) Nothing was too hard for Zac and he was extremely prompt with answering questions, and was able to explain everything from beginning to end. Zacs team in Rowville are lovely, and they made us feel comfortable! We are so excited to start our building journey with Beachwood.

We are currently in the early stages of our building journey with Beachwood Homes, and so far, the experience has been exceptional. The level of customer service we’ve received has truly exceeded our expectations. Most of our initial communication has been with Gerianne, who has been consistently friendly, approachable, and supportive. She responded to all our queries promptly, and in instances where she didn’t have an immediate answer, she went above and beyond to find the information for us. Throughout our interactions, she provided realistic and honest expectations, which helped us feel informed and reassured at every step. After securing a property, we moved on to our first appointment. We were warmly greeted by Corina, and the session was conducted by Zac, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to address our concerns with the floor plan and clearly explained all costs and timeframes. Zac was also very flexible with the changes we wanted to make to the layout, ensuring our needs were met without any pressure. Despite a tight timeline, he even offered to continue working on our project during a public holiday, which we deeply appreciated. Once again, the communication was clear, transparent, and professional. Overall, we are extremely impressed with the service so far and feel well-supported throughout the process. We’re excited to move forward with the next stages of the build and will continue to update this review as our journey progresses.

We're at the start of our knockdown rebuild with Beachwood and the experience has been great so far. Our advisor Zac, has been super helpful and patient, guiding us through the initial plans and quotes with clear advice. We felt confident in our choices thanks to his expertise, and everyone else on the team has been really friendly and welcoming too. It's been a very positive and smooth process, and we're looking forward to the next stages of the build.
