At first went to the big builder and got rejected few times due to technical n high traffic area but Mohammad takes the challenges n done it very well without any fuss. I wanted to build a rooming house(sharing accommodation) on my site, and approached many builders more than a couple of years, but no one is ready to do it because of custom design and slope. One fine day when I was walking I saw the banner of Alina home builder on a construction site. Contacted Mohamed got a good response, had a couple of visits to his office and made an agreement. From day1 I got a good response and everything was communicated properly & immediately. Started to build as per design every weekend when I visited the site growing more than my expectations, Mohamed and his team were easy approachable, good listening and action fast and fantastic. Contract period was lengthy because of big projects but he finished within 6 months, I can't even believe my project was completed yesterday and handed over to me, my many years dream come true. Wow my rooms look like a star hotel style. All the materials and appliances used were of very good quality and nicely placed in new house shows as street landmarks. Thank you so much for your hard work and effort. Really appreciate your valuable time and proper updates. Alina builder was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and guide us through every step of the process. The crew was punctual, respectful of property, and kept the site tidy at all times.
