Paul and his son did an excellent job. Punctual, efficient and professional. But most important to us was that Paul made us feel at ease. Paul and his team were absolutely outstanding. The work they quoted was completed to a very high standard. It was really interesting to watch the work progress and learn about how they 'stitch' the brickwork together to prevent future cracking. Paul was also extremely courteous and respectful of our home, leaving everything extremely clean after they were finished for the day. They even returned after the work was done to ensure the path outside was scrubbed clean and free of debris (leaving it cleaner than how they found it!). I don't think we've had a better experience having repairs/renovation work done on our house.

Paul and his team installed Helifix stainless steel reinforcing bars at our house to repair and reinforce existing masonry cracks. While the work was noisy at times, the level of dust was minimised using vacuum sanders and the work site was always kept clean and tidy. A final clean and wipe down was done at the end of the job. Paul and his team were very professional. They showed up on time and kept us informed at each stage of the work. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the result. As others have noted, Paul is a good operator who is easy to deal with and gets the job done. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests, and also organised for one of his team to return to sand the exterior walls in preparation for painting, which was much appreciated.
