  Can't recommend Pat and the team enough. My partner and I moved into our first home which unfortunately came with a condemned decking (5 meters high mind you). We contacted Barge Built and received a quote within days, which was extremely reasonable compared to others we received. Due to a gap in their schedule they commenced work on pulling down the old structure promptly, and had the project wrapped up within the expected time frame. The quality, craftmanship, and care the team showed exceeded all expectations. We now have an additional entertaining area at our home that we adore and is main stage for whenever we have guests around. Pat kept us updated on progress, was a clear communicator, and best of all, cleaned up after the job was done!

Not only did they manage their own work seamlessly, but they also coordinated all the other trades involved in the project, making the entire process completely stress-free for me. Pat’s ability to transform a space into a true piece of art is exactly why we keep going back to him for all of our renovations.

  We employed Pat and his team to renovate our kids bathroom about 6 months ago. It was a full reno, all the walls, new walk in shower, full floor to ceiling tiles and bath, vanity, seperate toilet room. He was prompt to measure up and provide us with ideas based on our thoughts. We chose what we wanted and then he came back with a quote. We accepted the job and within 6 weeks it was completed. the job took about 3 weeks. We have a 2 storey home and the bathroom was upstairs, but it wasn't an issue. We are completely happy with the job, more than delighted. the tiles and shower look amazing! The area was left spotless and ready for action. We may get another bathroom done soon and Pat will be the the person we call. What impressed us the most was his response times if we had a question, he was always available no matter how stupid the question. Thanks Pat!

We felt very comfortable with engaging him & trusted him to be on our property unsupervised. . . He went beyond expectations & we were totally surprised with how creative &. Skilled he was.   Great workmanship with great attention to detail, and a pleasure to work with. We’ve done major remodelling down to smaller jobs, and every project was executed without any issues. Highly recommended.
