  I'm very happy to recommend Patrick for any home building projects. He did a fantastic job with various parts of our apartment renovation including preparing the bathroom for tiling (love our new shower shelf and recessed vanity cabinets!), replacing skirting boards, installing new internal doors and handles, and so much else. He clearly prides himself on doing a good job and was always a pleasure to deal with. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

  Outstanding Mentone kitchen renovation by Patrick from Creno. Wanted a local builder and from the beginning Patrick was hands on, thoughtful and incredibly detailed. He helped design a modern coastal kitchen (my dream) that works, testing possibilities and problem-solving along the way. Was completed on time (we had UK guests arriving) and within budget. Working with a 1970s house (Racecourse Reserve area) came with a few surprises but nothing phased Patrick..Issues like exhaust fans vented to nowhere, protecting floorboards and carefully checking structural elements were handled cleverly. His advice on layout, appliances, finishes and colour schemes has made a huge difference and transformed how the kitchen works. All associated trades were professional and worked well together which made things stress free. I had complete trust throughout the build. I absolutely love my new kitchen and highly recommend.

  Patrick recently renovated/repaired our carport facia which was in disrepair. He was most helpful and guided us how to keep our carport safe , more appealing aesthetically and keeping costs to a minimal level. He and his team worked methodically , conscientiously and to a high standard. They removed all rubbish, leaving the place clean at the end of each day. Great to have a local business of such a high standard . As a person, we found Patrick to be trustworthy and a delight to be around . We would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
