  We have nothing but massive plaudits for the level of professionalism, customer service, communication and attention to detail provided by the Aspire team. Our is a sizable and complex build which required highly skilled trades - Aspire delivered at a level far greater than expected. Building a home is a very stressful time for people and to be able to rely upon the levels of professionalism directed towards our project (from conception, design and build) has made the experience a pleasurable journey. The levels of communication have been exemplary at all times. I highly recommend Aspire Designer Homes to any person contemplating a new build.

  We are nearing the end of our planning stage with Aspire and are eagerly looking forward to the commencement of our build. From our very first contact with Kerri at Aspire, the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Throughout our journey, we have met with Kerri and Rob on numerous occasions and have always felt genuinely heard and valued. Their extensive experience, professionalism, and depth of knowledge have been evident at every stage. They consistently welcome our ideas and suggestions with an open mind and a can-do attitude. Rob’s expertise and practical insight are truly remarkable, and both he and Kerri have made the process an enjoyable and reassuring experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and their commitment to excellence has given us great confidence moving forward with Aspire.   Our design and build process with Aspire has been extremely positive. I don't think we could be any happier with the outcome. We were actually fairly close to signing a different builder when we went to meet Garry. I’m a big believer in people buying from people and we both got a real good feeling about Garry and Aspire during our first meeting. That faith was well placed! The design process with Rob B was great. He is extremely knowledgable and the credibility he brings creates great confidence in the final outcome. He is also a workaholic and always took my calls regardless of what time of day and consistently turned things around in a timely manner. Thank you again Rob for all of your efforts. Last but by no means least, a huge thank you to Mark for his efforts in building our house. The guy is a superstar, i don’t think we could have asked for anybody better to manage the build. Everything was managed amazingly well and his engagement was always excellent. I’m sure we challenged him along the way with some of our requests, but he always dealt with them brilliantly. We are extremely happy with the outcome. I have attached some photographs of our beautiful house. I would highly recommend anybody thinking about building to go and speak to Garry at Aspire.

  I only have the best of words to say about Garry and the team at Aspire Designer Homes. When our builder went into liquidation, Garry was the only person among 20 builders contacted who was willing to have a conversation with me, despite being inundated with calls at the time. From my first discussion with Garry I knew Aspire were the builder to complete our dream home. Aspire promptly recommenced our build while other sites remained stagnant. They put on extra staff to cope with the additional workload, including our exceptional site supervisor, Mark. There were challenges along the way, however both Garry and Mark were forthcoming on these and helped us overcome them with a solutions based mindset. Aspire completed our build with quality and efficiency as we were in our new home on the anniversary of our original builder going into liquidation. We have had nothing but compliments from others on the finishing of our new home. Any rectification works, which were limited, were fixed promptly. You can tell that nothing but quality workmanship has gone into the construction of our home just by looking at it. Mark treated the project as though he was building his own home, with Garry and the team providing exceptional service along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aspire to anyone looking to build their dream home. Truly an exceptional builder where quality and service are front and centre of everything they do.

  My dream holiday house was completed in December 2025. in Surf Beach in Phillip island and I could not be happier with the build. Daniel the site Supervisor made the whole build go so smoothly. The house was completed in 8 months. I have a small sub-divided block of only 400 sq metres. I contacted several volume builders and they said they could not build on my land as they did not have a house that would fit. I was starting to think I would never be able to build. Luckily I then emailed Aspire, Kerri called me back within a hour. I explained to her what I wanted and she said from day one that it would be possible. Aspires team came up with drafts of what would fit on the land and the best way to utilise the building envelope. The process did take about 12 months until the plans were finalised and the build started as there were several regulations that had to be met. Kerri and the Aspire team were very thorough to make sure that everything was covered. They made sure all planning permits, vegetation overlays, height restrictions, water retention systems, 7 star energy rating, council regulations etc were all covered so we would have no hiccups for the permit to be issued. The final contract price was signed and I did not encounter any surprise costs at the end of the build. I have found Aspire all to be very professional especially Kerri, Daniel, Matt and Steve. They kept me updated with the progress when it was being built and sent me photos which was really good especially when it is an hour and a half drive to go and see. I now am finding it hard to do landscape works as every person who walks by is stopping to chat and comment on how good the house looks and fits in the area I also had a qualified builder stop who lives nearby who advised me that he was watching the whole build and wanted me to know that he said no short cuts were performed and that I definitely had a quality build. This was good to hear from a neighbour and an independent builder. Thanks Aspire and especially Daniel for being so professional at all times and making it a stress free build. Thank you to Kerri for all your hard work too to get it started and all the trades and other staff for my new house. I would definitely recommend Aspire to anyone thinking of building a house.
