  We purchased off the plan an apartment by Amber in Fitzroy Melbourne. The McClaren & Co Project. The experience is awesome, nothing but positive. Communications excellent, relationship management great, outcomes and deliverables to word and contract. Most importantly the build quality is excellent.

  We purchased an off the plan apartment in Fitzroy during lockdown and so could not see anything except emailed designs of what the final building might look like. Our nervousness turned to delight when the building was finished on time and we had the first inspection. The build quality was better than I had expected. There were unexpected luxury fittings such as glass sided drawers in the pantry cupboard and beautiful, serviceable marble bench tops. The whole building seems to be 'top drawer' The Amber team has been a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from them.

  Our experience with Amber has been excellent, from the speed at which they built our apartment building in Fitzroy and the quality of the build, to their responsiveness in fixing minor defects (this is ongoing). The team, including Phil, Sean and Simon, have been a pleasure to deal with. Buying off-the-plan can be fraught and you hear many horror stories but our experience with Amber has been very positive and relatively smooth. Importantly to us, the building was finished within a couple of weeks of when it was due to be finished, which, given COVID and related issues, was almost miraculous!
