  What sets Dylan apart is his intuitive and confident capacity to merge his ideas and inclinations with his client’s personality and personal preferences. His ideas for my outdoor space were inventive, well considered and detailed. The result is a space with a sophisticated yet relaxed vibe, that reflects not only my individuality but Dylan’s talent and approach to design and materials. My recently revamped home exterior has received many compliments from friends and guests and inspired more than one of them to go further with their own building designs.   I've known Dylan for some time and had many conversations with him about passive home building. Dylan is extremely passionate and very knowledgeable about this type of build. I wanted to learn more about it and Dylan invited me to visit his display home to see his product firsthand. Dylan went the great lengths to display how passive building works and to see firsthand the time, effort and high quality put into this build was first class. The home had a unique ambience about it that I could just not put into words. The use of left over timber from the renovation of the home as feature paneling was great to see. Plenty of thinking and planning has gone into this passive home, which I think will become standard in building/renovating homes in Australia into the not-too-distant future. I highly recommend Dylan and Alwyn Projects to anyone looking to renovate/build their home into something that will be unique and a very healthy environment to live in. Well done Dylan and team Alwyn Projects!

  Alwyn Projects and Dylan have been instrumental in our process from start to finish! Responsive, professional but most importantly, passionate. They're on a mission to see houses make people happier and healthier and it's been fantastic to be a part of. When we considered renovating our home to meet a passive haus standard, Dylan and the team were able to take us through not only the practical steps but also the environmental impacts of our choices, we reused existing site materials where possible as well as reclaimed used materials from other sites, a process that was led and managed by Alwyn. We had no idea the effects materials played when it comes to carbon footprint! The quality of living we've realised, and the build itself is a testimony to the effort and knowledge this team possesses.

  I cannot believe how quick the Alwyn team were to build a new decking on my home! From the get go Dylan was very professional and gave me realistic expectations of how to maximize the space and build the best deck for the area. The final result was much better than I had anticipated, and I am so happy with the deck. Thanks Alwyn.
