Although our home had a previous extension, the layout and finishes—particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms—were outdated and problematic. From the start, the team was collaborative and responsive, working closely with us to create a design that met our family’s needs. They offered several thoughtful options and integrated seamlessly with our interior designer. The quality of the build was outstanding, with skilled tradespeople clearly experienced and trusted by the company. They were flexible during construction, making necessary adjustments and helping address underlying issues in the house. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and the project was completed on time.   Period Extensions completed an extensive remodeling of our home 5 years ago and we were delighted to have them back to reconfigure our powder room, and master suite. Rod listened to what we wanted to achieve and came up with a great design that maximized the space we had available. Michael and the team delivered a quality build and were enormously respectful our home while they did it. They end result is better than we imagined. Given this is the second time we have used them, goes without saying we are very happy customers and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We began the project with little knowledge of what was involved, but we had a clear vision of what we wanted to achieve. Period Extensions guided us through the entire process from start to finish, and the team led by Michael was exceptional. They managed the project with outstanding professionalism and care, walking us through every step. Their project management took all the stress out of what was quite a complex renovation — including navigating heritage requirements — keeping everything on schedule and communicating clearly throughout. The restoration work on our aging house was remarkable. They brought back its original charm and character while seamlessly incorporating a stunning modern extension. Our once tired and deteriorating home has been completely transformed into a beautiful, functional space that we absolutely love.
