We recently had our home extended and renovated by 2M Renovations and Extensions last year, and we are absolutely delighted with the final outcome. Yunus and Kaan were professional, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering a high-quality result. From the outset, their transparency in dealings was commendable. They provided clear quotes, discussed options openly, and there were no hidden surprises—a refreshing experience in the renovation industry. The project was completed on schedule, which was a huge relief and allowed us to plan our move-back seamlessly. The quality of workmanship and materials used is excellent. They clearly prioritise durability and finish, and it shows in every detail of our new space. We feel we’ve received great value for our investment. As with any large project, there is always room for refinement. At times, project management could have been tighter, with better coordination between trades to minimise minor delays. Additionally, while generally responsive, communication could have been more robust and proactive at certain stages to keep us fully in the loop without us having to follow up. That said, whenever we raised any concerns, both Yunus and Kaan addressed them promptly and fairly. Their integrity and desire to ensure customer satisfaction never wavered. Overall, we highly recommend 2M Renovations and Extensions. If you value transparency, quality, and timeliness, and are prepared to maintain open dialogue throughout the process, Yunus and Kaan are a great choice. Overall the 2M team is highly comendable and we thank everyone who was involved in our project. Thank you for transforming our home!

We had our home renovated and extended (adding an extra storey) by 2M Renovations last year, and have been living in what I can only describe as our perfect forever-home for several months now. Choosing Yunus, Kaan, and the rest of the team at 2M was the best decision we could have made; from the very beginning their clear communication, attention to detail, and hard work made every step of the process easy. They took care and pride in every detail, as if they were working on their own homes. From carefully considering different design options, to choosing materials that will last and help minimise future headaches, they have always been committed to quality. There were even several situations where the entire team went well above and beyond normal expectations, sacrificing their own time and effort to ensure things were finished properly. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of a high quality renovation.

We recently worked with 2M Renovations to extend (over 130 square metres) our 70 year old weatherboard home. As part of the process to appointing 2M, we evaluated multiple builders and renovators. We met with the owner of 2M and instantly felt his authenticity. Needless to say, its been the best decision. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner was incredibly honest, knowledgeable, always calm even when the unexpected happened and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. His advice, guidance and willingness to tackle anything - nothing was ever too hard - made the entire process smooth and absolutely stress-free. Something we wouldn’t have thought was common with renovations. The professionalism across the whole team was outstanding and is the main reason this whole experience was stress and anxiety free. Every single tradie and crew member who entered our property - led day to day by Kaan, were extremely respectful, polite, approachable, extremely clean, highly skilled, professional and took great pride in their work. An example of this was the daily end of day clean-up of the work areas - from sweeping to removal of rubbish. We would often get neighbours walking past and commenting about how clean and safe the whole construction site was compared to other builds in the area. The level of respect all the tradies had for my family, the care they took to ensure a clean construction site and preserving our existing property (driveways, yard, non renovated areas) was above and beyond and something we didn’t expect but so appreciated. 2M absolutely delivered on both the finished product and experience beyond our expectations - exceptional in quality, communication, honesty, respect and professionalism. We couldn’t be happier and grateful with 2M. We’ll definitely use them again for any future renovations or builds. Thank you Yunus, Kaan, Alaatin, Hakan, Hussan, Hani, Memhed and the rest of the build crew who have had their fingerprints on this very successful extension project. We are beyond satisfied and happy!

Words cannot describe how much the 2M crew have changed our lives. A special thank you to Yunus, Kaan and the team for bringing life back to our family home. I came across 2M from a Google search and reading reviews. After months of research and finding the right builder to work on our project.. it only took a 5min call and I instantly knew this team was the one! It wasn’t an easy journey and without an architect, I somehow got most of my ideas through! Yunus made our building experience as smooth as possible, even with lots of unexpected amendments and additions - he guided us through it all. He’s very professional, understanding and genuinely cares for his clients and wants his clients to be happy. I truly appreciate his support and care to me and my family. His communication has helped me keep at ease and how he always went out of his way to help with any question or concerns I had. We are so grateful with the level of detail given to each part of the renovation, from repairing our old doors and fireplaces. To the quality of tap ware and stone bench top. Our home is completely transformed but still feels like our old home. It’s such a nice feeling! I would highly recommend 2M if you’re considering to renovate or to build. The team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just good people! They’ve become like family to us! Thank you so so much!! xxx

Choosing a builder for our home was a daunting task, and we engaged with several builders before meeting with 2M Renovations & Extensions. From our initial meeting with Sal and Ilhan, we felt confident that they were the right choice, and they did not disappoint. Their consultation process was incredibly thorough, addressing all our concerns and ensuring there were no unexpected cost or timeframe blowouts. They took the time to understand our vision and needs, which made a huge difference. Communication was a strong point throughout the entire project. Yunus, the construction manager, was always available and provided timely updates, keeping us informed and reassured at every stage. Sal was exceptionally helpful with design selection, offering valuable insights and suggestions that enhanced the final outcome. What is often considered one of the most stressful times in life was made smooth and manageable thanks to their professionalism and dedication. The end result is a home of super high quality that we absolutely love. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend 2M Constructions to anyone looking to build/ renovate their dream home. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.

We renovated our kitchen, bathrooms, extended our laundry, added a butler’s pantry and another master’s bedroom. It was a project that we weren’t sure would be possible, yet here we are and it has been completed. We cannot thank you enough 2M renovations! The first person we met to start this process was Ilhan. He made it very easy. He is very honest with the quotes. He is open to suggestions and will definitely contribute ideas that are absolutely invaluable. Nothing was ever too hard. His promise was “you will never have to follow us up, we will chase you up” and he fulfilled this. Then as the work began, we worked with Yunus and his team. Yunus was always on top of communicating with us and if we had questions or concerns, he dealt with it. He was extremely helpful. Yunus is professional and patient! The quality of work is exceptional. Our home is exactly how we wanted it and so much more. Thank you again 2M for making renovating a pleasant experience for our family.
