Boutique Homes

We have been in our new home just over 2 months now, and had a great experience with Boutique. Particular call out to Richard as our initial contact (although he helped the whole way through with design ideas, planning changes and general counseling!) and Dean our site manager (trades booked in every day I'd say, and made the Christmas deadline with hours to spare!). While the planning took a little longer than we thought, once the team was on site, the house was up and we moved in within 22 weeks. Would definitely recommend Boutique, and would be more than happy to work with them again.

We are now living in our newly built boutique homes for 6 months now and I can honestly say that building with them is one of the best decision I've ever made. The construction only took 6 months and our SS, TW, was amazing. She answer all of our questions promptly and she was very patience with us as this is our first home. There were ups and downs during the build but nothing major. I even encourage my friends to build with them cause we really have a great experience. All in all, I highly recommend boutique homes.

We had a great experience working with Richard D'Ademo sales consultant at Boutique Homes. Richard was knowledgeable, flexible, expedient and personal in his approach. Nothing was too difficult. Richard accommodated our numerous amendments and was always transparent, expedient and affable. We considered other builders but found Boutiques base plans, cost transparency, design flexibility and Richards high calibre customer service refreshing. We have thoroughly enjoyed the planning stage of our dream home with Boutique Homes, and the entire team has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. From our initial experience with Jess at Fyansford to our Interior Design Day with Sarah and our Lifestyle appointment with Jess, every step has been seamless and enjoyable. Our pre-construction coordinator, Rachel, has been absolutely amazing, providing us with the support and clear communication we needed to feel ready for the next step. We feel completely confident and excited as we head into the build, knowing we are in such capable hands!

We recently had our colour selection appointments with Gareth Strawbridge at the Docklands Studio and he was absolutely wonderful. Gareth is incredibly knowledgeable and talented in his expertise. He was very friendly and patient while we made our decisions, and was supportive of our ideas while also helping us consider important details and offering great inspiration and advice. He truly helped bring our dream home to life and has continued to be fantastic with communication even after our appointment. We are so grateful for his guidance and could not have asked for a better interior design consultant!

We came to Boutique Homes not sure if we wanted to build or buy an established home as our first home. Joe set up an appointment with us and gave complete transparency about the process. Once we decided to build he was so accomodating, nothing was ever a hassle, validated every feeling we had and answered every question. I cannot recommend Joe and Boutique Homes enough, they have helped build our dream home with ease and professionalism.
