Design suggestions were creative, practical and aesthetically pleasing, such as a library ladder in the pantry, sliding doors recessed into the floor allowing smooth transition from inside to outside the room and tiles aligned from indoors to out. Workmanship was of a very high standard as was communication and rapport with his team. Suggestions implemented produced a quality result. We were very pleased with all aspects of our experience and the finished product. Joe Built will be our first choice for any future construction. Highly recommend. Kathryn C
