Just great service! We had an issue with a pipe that caused water to flood into our en-suite bathroom area. The team was on site promptly, and within two and a half days the problem was completely resolved. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company to achieve a fantastic outcome. We honestly can’t recommend Disaster Master highly enough — they were professional, efficient, and made a stressful situation so much easier.

In very difficult circumstances for myself and my family, we found ourselves in another state needing to organise trauma cleaning at a family member's deceased estate. Despite being located a couple of hours away, Disaster Master were there the same day to provide us a quote and advice on what services would actually be required. They were honest and straight forward and kind. When we requested that they provide their services at short notice, they moved rosters around and made it happen for us. It was a time of sadness and grieving for my family, and this team made us feel so cared about. They treated our family members belongings and property with respect, they kept us informed every step of the way, they were positive and upbeat, yet respectful and caring. I could not recommend these guys enough. We hugged on the last day - sure they did a brilliant cleaning job, and went above and beyond with all of our requests, but the hug was because they have such a knack of forming a bond with their customers. These people are true angels. Gosh they made our tough time that bit easier. I have complete trust in their service. You won't be disappointed.
