Nuovo Homes

Nuovo Homes built our new custom home. The construction process was carefully managed by Tim and the end result was excellent quality of workmanship. Nuovo helped during the design and selections, providing reliable feedback. Was great to be able to trust the builder. End result was handed over as promised and excellent value. Thank you Tim!

Tim just finished our renovation, we extended and modified a 1880s Bluestone double fronted cottage that had been extended several times previously so presented several challenges. Tim patiently worked with us to solve the many issues it presented and was able to leave us with an exceptional result which exceeded our expectations. He is practical and methodical in his approach and prepared to think options through before starting work. I would highly recommend Tim and Nuovo homes Craig Wilson

Tim, Thank you seems small. We placed our "dreams" and a set of not fully detailed plans into your hands, and our journey together began. It has never been dull, we learned early that faith and trust would see us thru, what with the first progress payment being hacked the build being stalled and the second to last being missed by me.... ekkkk with your fabulous building knowledge patience understanding attention to detail and a passion for "Awesomeness" coupled with a wonderful team of trades people. The house that "Tim Built" has been created and its ours. "Whoo hoo" It is truly beyond our "wildest dreams" we will be forever grateful to you for your total awesomeness. This brings us back to those simple words of "thank you" for presenting us with the house of our dreams. Wishing you and Melaine and the family all the very best for your future and know we will always be forever grateful and your keenest supporters. Kindest Regards Vicki June 2019

Tim is an incredibly experienced and meticulous builder with an amazing eye for detail. You’ll quickly come to learn that Tim is a big critic of the building standard in Australia, and for good reason, as he is absolutely setting the bar for what good building is. You’ll be in very good hands with Tim and Nuovo!

Very happy with the whole process of building with Tim once he took over the planning process to the building and completion of our extention . Made everything easy to understand and captured my ideas of a dream bathroom clearer then my own vision! Thankyou to the crew at Nuovo Homes!
