Impressive Patios

My experience of Impressive Patios has been very positive, both in installing two Stratco Cooldeck patios and a 7m wide Phantom screen. All aspects went well: negotiations over many matters - major and detailed, to accommodate the structures to our site and wishes, including merbau timber posts and meshing two patio roofs, the quotation process, site visits, site care, and courteous client-focussed management throughout by Carlo, assisted by Andre. A request for a follow-up visit to adjust the Phantom screen was handled smoothly and successfully. I certainly recommend the products and Impressive Patios. They stood up to their name! Carlo and his team from Impressive Patios built a patio for us, and we absolutely love it! The level of professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. I recently hired Carlo from Impressive Patios to install a Stratco Pavilion Grande, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Carlo invested significant time and care into the design process, offering creative solutions tailored to my needs. What truly set him apart was his expertise in removing our home's eaves and extending the outer wall by three courses of brick to add extra height—something no other builder was willing or able to tackle. Impressive Patios constructed our Stratco Cooldek to a very high standard. Carlo and Andre made sure everything ran smoothly and they treated our small and simple pergola with the same respect they would have undoubtedly given to something much more grandiose. The tradespeople and team involved in the construction were polite, friendly and worked to a very high standard to make sure everything ran smoothly and every detail was perfect. It’s obvious that everyone involved takes great pride in their work, no matter how big or small a product they are constructing. The end result is beautiful and they left our backyard looking neat and tidy and like our new pergola has always been here.
