Appreciation post: Building Cerulean 5.0 with SA Housing Centre We started our journey with SA Housing Centre some point last year in January 2024 after having a really bad experience with every other building company's building consultant. SA Housing Centre was the last display home we walked into after spending a full day of walking into every other display home. Some even looked at us and said, the frontage of this display home will cost you 50k and they didn't think we could afford it. Well which we couldn't anyway but kinda sucks when you get talked down like that, we walked out of every other builder with disappointment. At 4:55 PM we walked into SA Housing Centre's Ashton Hills display home where we met Luke Shah, he was running late for a hike but spent over 20 mins with us walking through their display home and won our hearts. We took the catalogue home and selected a design which was Colorado Alfresco and started looking for land. Luke locked us on a plan in April 2024 for which we he provided the building quote and we were very happy with it. At that point also the company changed its designs and they removed Colorado Alfresco luckily we didn't sign any contracts as we didn't have land otherwise we would've missed a whole lot of nicer and freshed upgrades that Cerulean 5.0 design brought. The architects from Das Studio did an awesome job 🤘🏼 We did our selections in October 2024 and we were surprised that during selections we couldn't upgrade or change much but we could only select colour or style of tile. Type was preselected and preupgraded for us in the quote by Luke (what an absolute legend). I think that's a smart idea as someone who is new into building/buying home we were gonna walk in the selection home with no idea what we were gonna spend and worried how much extra it'll cost us on top of the quote for what we were going to select. Also, not just that but he put us through what they call now Fast Track Build which is damn good idea so we can't alter any design changes or changes with any items of selections. Our land had only settled in February 2025 from then it's been full steam. Here's some dates for references 👇🏻 24/2/25 land Settlement Date All permissions attained from council by builder, cleanup done before construction 24/3/25 4/4/25 okay to start ✅ 26/5/25 Slab poured 20/6/25 Slab Party 23/6/25 Frames up (In the middle of a storm) 26/6/25 Full Framing done (including gutters, windows, Alfresco door) 2/7/26 Roof up, insulation done 3/7/25 1st fix plumbing done (got an extra tap in the front) bathtub installed, all the pipings installed for hot, cold and rain water 10/7/25 Weatherproof barrier got damaged by the storm in last couple days and came off at several spots, FIXED on 11/7/25 20/7/25 Detailed gyprock done throughout the whole house 29/7/25 Cornices done, doors delivered, x2 doors done and house now locked up 🙃 I still can't believe the tradies got the frame fully up with windows in 4 days despite having a storm through first 3 days with 40 knots winds all 3 days. Big shoutout to them. We walked through it all and it looks absolutely fantastic to have all the life puzzle pieces coming together. We're loving all the hard work that your team has done to keep everything happening. All of their staff has been amazing, supportive, understandble, approachble, guiding us in the right direction. Love the speed, communication, build progress and every bit of building process with SA Housing Centre and CSA. Please convey our gratification and some pats on your backs from us to your team. Special mention to Luke Shah whatta man. Massive thank you to all the tradies working around the clock for us as well. Looking forward to seeing the next stage happen soon. Kind regards, Ronnie & Sibrina.

We’ve just completed handover with SA Housing Centre, and we are very satisfied with our home. From beginning to end, our building consultant, Rick Chen, was fantastic. He responded to all my questions promptly and took us seriously, even when I was unsure if the bank would lend us enough to build. The administrative staff were great, addressing any concerns we had along the way. Lastly, our site supervisor, Aaron Anderson, was diligent, ensuring that every issue raised by our building inspector was resolved. We are very happy with our build and would recommend SA Housing Centre to anyone.

Picked up the keys for my house this morning and could not be happier with this builder. The entire process was incredibly smooth and easy, they were honest and trustworthy, and to top it off they finished the house ahead of schedule and we get to spend our first Christmas in our new home (best Christmas present ever!). Definitely recommend SA Housing Centre!
