Built a townhouse investment property with Rendition Homes. From beginning of planning, selection and throughout the build process and ultimately up to when the property was hand-over, Rendition Homes have been very helpful, accommodating and professional in all their dealings. Regular updates where provided during the course of the build and the site manager was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Now the property is handed over to us and we are so happy and satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely build with them again, if the right opportunity arises.

We had a couple of design challenges early into our dealings with Rendition, but they proved themselves more than up to the challenge. The quality of the build and the people within the company are exceptional. Thank you for all your efforts in delivering our beautiful new custom home!

Rendition Homes is highly professional and builds beautiful homes. Mine was a custom build with a number of encumbrances which the sales and pre construction team managed well. A big shout to Adrian my sales manager who really knows his job. Being in sales for over 30 years myself I tend to be hard on sales people Howe Adrian excelled my expectations. Louise in Construction Admin was a real God send, nothing was too much trouble. Chris my construction manager worked tirelessly and had me in my home before Christmas.! What a great Christmas gift!! We have now been in our new home for just under a month, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. We first met with Rendition Homes late last year and signed our building contract in January this year. We had played with a few plans but didn’t have a clear idea of what our home would look like. With help from our building consultant we ended up with a design that worked for our family and with our land. Our consultant was great and was able to give us a fairly accurate estimate really quickly and helped us prioritise our wants and needs to stay within our budget. The preconstruction process was long, with a few hiccups with council, but the preconstruction team were very thorough with each process, letting me know when the process was completed and what to expect next. This was sporadic but I was always assured that things were progressing in the background, nearing the end of the preconstruction phase we started to receive more regular updates from a client liaison which was nice. Selections was a lot of fun and was made so easy with help from the in-house designer - I showed her my mood board and discussed the feel we wanted our home to have, and she was amazing. She gave us so many ideas and helped us to really see what our home would look like. I can't wait to see our kitchen! We are super excited and happy that our slab was poured this month, and we can’t wait to see our home come to life.
